Monthly subscription with a minimum three-month commitment. Applicable terms are shown before payment is confirmed.
MPS is not a security service or an estate agency. Visits are visual checks and do not replace a technical inspection, maintenance, repairs or a security system.
Cleaning, shopping, works and external contractors are not included by default in subscriptions. They may be arranged on request, with approval, and charged separately where applicable.
Visits cover visual observations accessible at the time and are not a guarantee that no defects exist.
