MPS focuses on second-home follow-up: a local presence, documented visual checks and coordination at your request.
Photographic reports
After each scheduled visit, receive a clear update with photos so you can follow the apparent condition of your property remotely.
Pre-arrival preparation
Advance coordination of agreed arrangements to make your arrival easier. Purchases, external services and work are approved separately.
Alerts and coordination
If a visible issue is noticed, MPS informs you and, with your approval, can coordinate contact with an appropriate service provider.

Your property deserves regular attention. MPS provides a local point of contact, personalised follow-up and transparent communication, without acting as a security service or trades contractor.
MPS is not a security service or an estate agency. Visits are visual checks and do not replace a technical inspection, maintenance, repairs or a security system.
Cleaning, shopping, works and external contractors are not included by default in subscriptions. They may be arranged on request, with approval, and charged separately where applicable.
Visits cover visual observations accessible at the time and are not a guarantee that no defects exist.
